Return Policy
AEDOneStopShop.com is pleased to offer a 21-day (no-questions-asked) guarantee policy in order to ensure customer satisfaction. If we have made a mistake with your order, or if you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please call us immediately at 1-855-677-2337 for a full refund within the outlined period. For all other returns or exchanges to apply credit and/or refunds, goods must be returned in 21-day period from the date of purchase. The goods you wish to return must be unused and in their original packaging. With the exception of damaged or defective merchandise customers will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Items which will not be accepted under this return policy include: opened or damaged electrode pads, opened or used batteries, or opened rescue kits, CPR masks or barriers. If you wish to return an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) or training unit, the price of opened or used electrode pads and/or batteries will be deducted from the total refund.
All shipping and insurance costs incurred on return items are to be handled by the customer. PurchaseAEDs.com is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping, so please ensure you use a reliable carrier when sending your return. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
